Zoo Trip

On Wednesday, me and the other fourth grade teachers at our school took our students on a field trip to the Montgomery Zoo. We had a great time, even though it rained a little. We got to see all of the animals and get really close to some of them. The trip was definately a hit with the kids!

The otters were great. They liked the attention the were getting from the kids.

The zebras were so close!

The monkeys were definately the favorite out of all of the animals. This little guy was a ham! When we came up to him he started showing off for the kids. He was swinging, flipping, and reaching out to touch the kids!

Now, I'm not normally an elephant fan (for obvious reasons), but the baby elephant was precious. He kept rolling around at the edge of the water and squirting water with his trunk.

  1. You must have a nice camera (these photos are great). What kind do you have?

  2. I have a few and this is actually my oldest (I took it so that if I lost it, it wouldn't be a big deal). It's a Kodak C340 and it takes great pictures. You can never go wrong with a Kodak!
