Athens

This weekend Gavin and I headed to our friends' Ashley and Jeff's wedding in Athens.  The wedding was in the UGA chapel and it was beautiful!  We had a great time at the reception too.

The above picture was taken on the way to the reception.  Most people walked to the location, but we, the lazy people, decided to drive.

Sunday, before we headed back home, we walked around campus.  Although I detest UGA's fans, the campus is beautiful.  First, we headed back to the UGA chapel to get a shot of the outside since I forgot my camera when we went to the wedding.

Of course, Gavin had to check out our rival's field.  Even though we've been to quite a few games there, it's very different when it's empty.

And then it was time to head home.

We enjoyed our time in Athens and it was good to see Ashley and Jeff.  They'll be moving to Columbus in July and we can't wait to have them closer to us so we can spend more time with them!
